IMO the walk in closet is screaming bedroom so maybe somehow make that look like it has a different purpose maybe for file cabinets and all the stuff like printer/ copier some book shelves etc. You could maybe make the entry to the study off the enty hall but you will need the hal there for the other bedroom You coould do double french doors into the study from the entry that would look less like a bedroom you could also just clse of the cloest with some really nice bookcases that can be removed when you sell.

Double doors to the foyer. Keep the other door but move it closer to the bathroom. Add built-in shelves all along the wall to the left of it so that it appears tucked away.

Bookshelves all the way around and no door on the closet so it's a file-cabinet niche!

The arrangement of the house's spaces looks like a convoluted mess, with private spaces scattered around public spaces that have restricted views and light. That is the basis of the Study's folly. Unless the needs and site compel such a layout, the study is the least of problems.

I agree with Mark. I don't understand why many of the bathrooms and closets are placed on outside walls adjacent to bedrooms which will block off their natural light. Very strange and inefficient layout IMO.

If Bedroom 3's closet was a hallway to the bedroom, it would all make more sense. And it's certainly not a good closet.

Or, what if Br 3 is the study?

You have both a Den and a Study? What is the purpose of each one? How do they differ in your planned use? Do you need two spaces for “study” purposes? Does one need to appear more office -like (Zoom meetings, etc.)? I am not clean what your intention is for the space.
