Hello! The remodel was in 2019, total cost was approx $350K. It involved improving the floorplan -- adding two bathrooms, moving the kitchen and opening the living to the covered patio & pool -- and included new roof, impact windows, replacing the sanitary sewer lines under the foundation, new plumbing, electrical, AC & ducts, porcelain tile floors, kitchen, bathrooms, covered patio, pool, driveway, landscaping. Outside of the existing exterior walls, it's basically a new house.
