It is little hard to telll exactyl what is goimg on by the pictures. Things look discolored in some of the pictures and not sure how they got finned window in there. Clearly the gap needs to be addresssed as no window job is complete if the exetior is not sealed. If this is there final product i would be concerned.

This is a replacement install. Double brick walls. Installer made to measure these windows.

If its the latter, its akin to hiring a chef at a chinese restaurant to cook italian food. He may know how to cook but his ability to cook Italian correctly will become highly questionable.

My point is this : You have a window install that is basically egg foo yung mixed with pasta. Thats never a good thing.

It was part of our bathroom renovation. We have a bathroom renovator who has a team of tradies who told us he has done windows routinely as part of his job! As long as they are secure and water tight, I'll accept them. So much stress and errors with this company.

These windows aren't complete, they won't be water tight until they are. Perhaps you know that and you were just asking about the sizing, but just to confirm, at best there is additional work needed on the exterior to get this sealed and looking professional
