Hi there, have you ever seen an island countertop made of quartz and butcher block with the transition of between the two with a schluter strip? We are thinking of either having the butcher block part of the countertop b elevated 1 inch above the courts or having it aligned with the courts but bordering it with a brass piece. I've heard about the wood changing based on the weather and that's why people choose to elevate or decrease the butcher block part of the countertop. Do you also sell and fabricate the countertop?
