Garage Finish (Ceiling or not?)

I am trying to finish currently unfinished garage. Putting up drywalls, and doing an epoxy flooring.

However, I am struggling whether to finish the ceiling as well. Obviously, it will look better and more consistent if the ceiling is also finished with drywall. However, we are also worried that we would lose the high ceilings feel right now.

Here are the photos of the unfinished wall and the unfinished high slanted ceiling if that helps at all.

I think it looks fine the way it is, but I would try to remove and relocate that yellow wire. And what is the pipe in the foreground?

Thanks mtvhike! So it would not be weird to have walls finished but ceiling unfinished? The pipe in the foreground is the electric wire from main panel to the subpanel.

Here are photos of ours Ceiling is 10 feet, you don’t say your height. If you want the appearance of volume, I believe finishing snd painting will help. Plus you can do electrical first to hide conduit.

Floor, consider Race Deck floating tile. You won’t have bonding issues experienced with DIY epoxy
