Solid Surface Shower Base

Has anyone on the east coast used John Kramer (kramershowerbases.com)? Or any other company on the east coast?

If so, how did it go?

I know people have used GRIFform, but they are on the west coast, so the shipping and the lead time with be weeks longer than if I find a vendor on the east coast.

That's a standard Schluter foam pan size, and then pick your desired tile to go over it. Use a high performance acrylic based grout like Mapei Flexcolor CQ, and you will have no issues.

If you need a custom pan because of an existing drain location, RSS (Revolutionary Shower Systems) makes custom foam pans. RSS shower curbs are solid foam; Kerdi curbs are not solid. RSS is in Idaho, I think, but shipping cost should not be too bad because of the light weight.
