If you want to reorient the bed, I think you can have it against the wall with the door. It looks to me as though there is room for the bed and two side tables and to have room to move each side of it.

The other question I have is do you have enough wall space by the shower for towels? If not, you might need to move the door to the right to create room for a towel rack.

Can you please show where windows are and IMO a 5' deep claset is pretty much not a walking just a big useless space Think about where you will hang clothes in that space only along one wall and the ends IMO a nice reach in closet would be amuch better choice . BTW toilet rooms are just plain silly and a waste of space anyone wanting to use the toilet while someone else is in the bathroom would only do it once in my house. The European idea of a separate spce for a toilet and sink out side the bathroom makes sense toilet rooms inside bathrooms just silly. I don'yt like towel bars so IMO if you have space for a couple of hooks you are okay Without any idea of windows there is no way to suggest other layouts IMO
