My apologies for the delayed response. Following are some details.

This panty's interior width was approximately 43" (side to side)

The depth of the pantry approximatley: 45"

The side shelves were built at approximately 6-7" deep with tapered angle ends.

The back wall shelving was built at 11" deep to accommodate larger platters, plates and small appliances.

This was built around the floor entrance to a crawl space.
