My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has anyone purchased a Sixpenny Neva sectional?

I'm leaning that way but having a hard time with picking fabric. Top runner is Oat Flour but while looking at posts haven't seen anyone with that fabric. Big purchase and want to get it right.
