My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the barnwood like siding on this house. What type is it?

    The siding has a 6 or 7 step stain. The painters created the formula and we do not have records of the process. We generally recommend Sanin Stains and they have several colors that could give a similar feeling. Weathered Wood 04 and Wenge Brown 108 would give a similar feeling on western redcedar.

    It is western redcedar. I believe STK grade.
