but you ignored my question.. do you find it pretty ... unique with its FEEL .. leaf surface ... if it werent an aggressive seeder.. might you not use it in a garden for such???

Thanks gardengal and Ken! Will read up on it. I like the feel and look of this plant so might just try to keep up with the seedheads so it won't spread. I still haven't seen an opened flower, so had to physically open up the one in the photo.

I believe I’m right in saying that the seed pods were once used to mark butter pats and pies.
