Exciting and room is cute. From a practical side, as I‘ve watched how my new grandson’s room has needed adjustments and he’s only 5 months old.

Mirror hung or removed for safety.

Changing table location could be drafty and curtains will definitely be pulled on.

A table next to chair (and low light) is extremely useful and I’d try moving chest, chair and table around to see if you would find it more practical.

You may receive as a gift (or by for yourselves) a mobile to hang over the baby's crib (or changing table table.)

They are very good for the baby's developing eyesight and brain.

Your ceilings are wonderfully high.

Please figure out some way to hang a mobile.

They are for the most part, very light.

If you get a light one, for example, one made of cards, you might be able to use a cup hook screwed into the ceiling and fishing line tied around it and the mobile tied onto the lower end.

May want to read about mobile safety/recommendations and it‘s advised they not to be used post 5 months.
