My alliums have sprouted

I am in zone 4b and I have alliums that have sprouted and I know they only bloom once, I am afraid they won't flower if I leave them in the ground if they already think it's time to grow... Anyone else have this issue? We have had such a warm fall I'm guessing that is why.. Some are 2+' high others have just 3" out of the surface.. What to do? These are my favorite and I don't want to be without in spring or should I did them up carefully and put them inside to bloom? Suggestions
