allium is such a broad family.. it might help to know what your are referring to with a little more specificity .. as well as where you are... big city name ...

its hard to believe its been so warm in z4 that things are sprouting ... any chance at a pic ...

its also not uncommon to have spring bulbs throw up some fall leaves.. that basically just sit there all winter long ... its not necessarily a good or bad thing ...

They are very unlikey to bloom any time soon. When the cold hits they’ll go into suspended animation until the spring. You could throw some mulch over them if you’re worried they’ll freeze.

mulch probably isnt necessary if you have constant snow cover until spring .. but never hurt anything ...

Several of my perennial edible alliums normally sprout in Autumn; but because of our abnormally warm October, even things that would not normally sprout have done so. I grow Pearlzweibel (a smaller relative of elephant garlic) which is planted the same time as garlic & normally does not sprout until Spring. It has sprouted already. Our killing freeze is not expected until Nov 1st, so the ground will likely freeze later than normal... I hope the premature sprouting does not lessen the chances of winter survival.
