No, I have not heard of them. However, I'm usually happy with "proven winners" and those look like great hosta. They are on myhostas.be and on the hostalibrary, for better photos. Myhostas.be doesn't say anything. They are listed by name, not shadowland.

So, um, I guess now is the time to admit that I bought 2 Hope Springs Eternal about 2 months ago. New Hampshire Hostas had them on sale for end of season. One for me and one for my MIL. They were nearly dormant when they arrived. No regrets.
