Our windows are all from 97 and its the only one with this issue. as you can see, it seems to bend a bit. However, we have no issue with it. It no longer appears to be soundproof where you can open on the left but this bedroom is used as an office and no one sleeps there.

We got 3 or 4 quotes from different companies and none of them really seemed to be alarmed or anything. They just said "sure we can change it." Also, my husband says that the window was already like this 2 years ago when we bought the house.

Vinyl casement, no fog. No air coming through. We live in Canada so our weather is very cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
