    It's a Dieffenbachia, not sure of the variety (there are lots). Maybe Dieffenbachia 'Camille'

    You container looks a bit large for the plant, so be careful about overwatering, especially going in to Winter. The soil also looks quite peaty. Try not to rub against the leaves as most people do get mild skin reactions, more serious reactions if ingested (thus the common name, Dumbcane, as it has apparently been linked to the temporary loss of speech). They all have a tendency to get leggy, so I will periodically, in early Summer, cut the canes and reroot them, the canes left behind will also regrow leaves. Good luck.
