I don’t know much about architecture, but here’s my gut reaction: are these two buildings actually ONE building? The porch (?) on the right is definitely a misfit.

I would try to figure out a way to make it look like a cohesive home.

@littlebug I agree, the porch is an eyesore. Unfortunately changing it would require a lot more investment than we can put it right now.

Are you using tiles like these? Is it the total roof or only the portion facing south?

I'd consider black frame windows with the gray solar glass and black exterior light fixtures to continue the coordination.

I'd also consider adding windows or screening to your pavilion to make it more useable. Paint it all white

White or off-white body with bronze trim would look good.

Have you ever pressure washed the loggia? That might be a first step to make sure it is clean enough to paint. Here's what I'd do color-wise.
