i think i jumped the gun as it is just being painted now and the pedestal is not yet installed. I have had small bathrooms and can say from lots of shopping experience, you do not want a triple light over at 25" sink. With a sink that size and in a small space, I would get a fixture that does not look too heavy, that provides enough light without too much visual look. Get a light that is pretty, functional, and not the main star of the show.Chrome or nickle, clear, simple glass shades. The space is small, your floors sound stunning, and your artwork will be the focal point.

I staged this small bathroom when we sold our house, getting a new medicine cabinet, shelves, and light. I purchased this fixture inexpensively at Home Depot. Something of this sort might be a good fit for your space too.
