Have anyone use the patterned (Spanish) tile for an entryway? Thoughts

I am Recladding the fireplace wall and the step with Chicago commons brick to the ceiling. And I am changing the entryway and bathroom tiles. I like the Spanish tile as an accent with light or dark borders and wondering if anyone had used it in an entryway and how. Please see attached pictures of the floorplan, entryway, living room, and tiles. your thoughts are greatly appreciated
