Ouch, I don't think that's something you can easily fix! I also doubt that you can remove it. One of the options, however, might be to cover it up instead. I've heard of those non-toxic, completely safe-to-use furniture/fabric sprays. But the problem would be finding the EXACT same shade. Otherwise, it will look like total crap. Hopefully, you have a piece of fabric (you know, like a tester one, they usually have them in stores when you buy a piece of furniture). You could use it to try different sprays out.
