Looks like loose fill but can’t find anything about pink fill in the 70s. All the articles about asbestos usually just mention white or gray insulation.

Pink is Fiberglass. That’s pretty late for the insulated ducts to use asbestos, and it’s usually pretty visible as fluff. Test if you want, but I doubt that anything in that pic would be positive.

You're interested in what's on the ductwork? It appears to be "duct wrap" which is fiberglass with a vinyl facing. So no asbestos.

Fiberglass is typically white, pink or yellow, the color is added to the glass by the manufacturer. The insulation I buy is a mottled brownish bland color, I don't think there is any coloring present. In the top picture, I see loose pink fiberglass and yellow fiberglass duct wrap edges. If the duct wrapping in the lower picture is fiberglass on the inside, I don't think you have any worries about asbestos being present. BTW, you need more blown in insulation; your ceiling joists aren't completely full, so you MIGHT have around an R-18 there. The attic insulation should likely be up around R-50.
