Lithops got soft

Hello, could anyone take a look at these lithops please? i bought them a week ago and put to Lechuza from transport soil. some of them are changing leaves. i didnt water them and put under lamps. but 2 of them get soft 🙁 its my first experience with lithops so im not sure if they’re changing leaves or get rotted?
