I would go with the same color for both the brick and stone. Is the stone 2 colors? The bottom looks more gray. Once the outer walls are the same color, I would redo the landscaping and put an interesting larger shrub in the space to the right of the picture window beside the door. Remove the shutters; they are way too narrow for the size of your windows. Once you choose a color for the brick and stone and the shutters are gone, paint the trim a contrasting color. Good luck!

Congratulations on your new home! For the limestone, it depends on the look you're going for. If you want to maintain its natural texture, staining it with a light. Painting it could also work, but it might obscure the natural stone's beauty.
