Dual fuel range with limited electronics?

I’m close to ordering my appliances, one of which will be a 36” dual fuel range. I don’t want to bake with gas. i do want gas burners. I do not want induction (sorry! hard no).

My price range is in the Wolf/Viking cost range. I seem to be stuck on the idea that less electronics = better for a range. Part of that is that my last dual fuel range that I purchased (24 years ago) is still going strong in my former house.

Suggestions for ranges that fit that bill? I’m flat out afraid to buy a Viking because of how often they are panned here, lol.

I have a KitchenAide that I love. Double electric oven and gas cooktop. It is about 5 years old. Consumer Reports recommended. Purchased from Lowe’s. No idea if it is still available

Love my dual fuel Hallman. Manual controls mostly....griddle,rotisserie,convection etc. My previous Kenmore dual fuel was still going strong after 12 years when I sold it during our renovation.

I know there is supposed be a difference in baking with gas vs electric, but I hated my electric oven. This time I bought Thermador all gas six burner. My gas oven heats much more quickly ( 15 minutes to 400 vs nearly 30) than the electric did. It hold the temperature at a constant and the fan is much quieter. I know you have your heart set on dual fuel, but I wanted to give you my experience.
