Hello you wonderful community!

I am working on helping my boyfriend redo his home studio. We are starting at zero and open to any and all help! We are thinking a new desk, rug, coffee table etc. Anything we can DIY would be great, looking at a lot of Ikea hacks. Ideally we would like to move the DJ set up next to the desk instead of behind the couch but we are open to anything! Any and all help is appreciated. I have uploaded some pictures of the space as is and some inspo pictures (about all I could get my boyfriend to help with). Thank you in advance!
