Hello! I just had Expanko Heritage 1/2” prefinished cork tile installed with one coat Loba invisible protect at. It‘s been a day and looks fantastic. There are a couple of smudges but overall we’re thrilled. The matte finish looks great, and its nice and non-slippery.

Instructions for care say 5 days to cure. What exactly does that mean? How long before cabinets should be built in or trim should be installed? How about furniture and rugs? We really need to use rugs, in addition to floor savers because the cork is impressionable. The manufacturer’s instructions are a little vague, so I’d appreciate hearing what really works.
