Problems with lettuce in hydroponic grow box

Hi all. I am new to hydroponics, I have built my own light box and have started growing some lettuce. But they are starting to show some problems. The leaves are loosing there colour and not looking healthy now. The roots seem to look ok. I am using HydroSol nutrients. LED lighting and have just installed a fan and insulation to get the temp up. Any ideas why they are starting to die.
