Terrible quality at Western Windows

This is the lack of attention to detail that Western Windows is putting out. Their customer service is dismal as well. Five months now and still no one out here to repair this mess as well as several other major issues. @westernwindowsystems
My cheaper Anderson 100 windows are of superior quantity than this crap.
