What's behind the dryer on this arrangement? Your dryer should be on or at the corner of an exterior wall for the shortest, straightest exhaust route to outside.

Are you for sure never going to have a stacked w/d? That might open up some other options.

Can we get some wider shots of that blueprint, please? As someone who just agonized for months over our existing laundry/back entry, and similar challenges, these angles are driving me nuts. My frustrations only got worse with time in our case. Our improvements in our recent reno were not able to fully address the bad designs in our floor plan, but we were able to make it all work much better. I made digital copies of our blueprints, then rearranged every wall and door and even did hgtv style blowouts trying to make it work. In the end we kept the footprint and layout. In your case I can see why you’ve used up so much whiteout. Mentally I can’t come up with much right now either. Now is the time to address it. Before one shovel hits dirt.

The washer dryer are against the garage wall and will vent out to exterior which is the sink/window wall. Not a fan of stacked w/d., angles are difficult for layout for sure, def using the whiteout for visual. Thinking not many options here.,

I like the current placement. Have a custom cabinet built to the right of the dryer and wrap it to the window so you can install your sink there. The new cabinet (or just a simple counter) does not need to be deep, maybe just 18” - 20.”Make a place to hang items above it. If you do an open counter, you can stash laundry baskets below.

In a small room like this you should keep as much floor space open as you can.
