I don’t know about the estimate, but friend of ours are waiting 1 year to start pool construction! It’s crazy out there right now.

Our pool got started in July and is still only 70% complete. This is new construction and the pool needs to be completed as part of the whole package in the next few weeks as we need to move in asap.

The estimate was over a year ago and that part was quick. We sat down with our pool builder in his office for about 3 hours and as we brainstormed about the design he drew it up right then on his computer. The software also calculated cost, so by the end of the meeting we had a design and exact cost.
