It still looks like a very low, squatty house. Did your architect investigate doing a simple rectangle second story over the entire living area (not over garage)? It could gain more square feet for the same money +/-.

@seabornman we vaulted all of the first floor living space so that is why the additional rooms and bath are where they are @bpath I haven’t been able to find an edit button, I’ll keep looking. Otherwise, I’ll delete and start over @verbo we really like our street and our neighbors @scout the proportions seem way off to us too @strategery unfortunately we don’t really know what it means either. We just know this is not it. Haha. Thanks for the encouraging words!
