Hmm, no because its seeds are flat and teardrop-shaped, like a cucumber...but about as long as a flaxseed, except maybe only ~2/3 as wide.

Whereas Passiflora seeds are hard, dark, and dimpled...

The shrivelled vine appears to be a cucurbit. But there’s not much to go on in these pictures.

It's the invasive Pacman cucurbit. It mimics passionflowers.
