I would say yes. Our two previous Bosch washers have needed motor replacements after sevedla years of intense use. Both Bosch washers had motors with brushes in them. The brushes last 3-4k hours and are then worn out. I replace the brushes but they last leas than 1k hours due to the commutator no longer being smooth. Eventually the motor is replaced as the cost to resurface the old motor is almost as much as a new one.

Bosch may now offer a brushless motor on some models, but i have not seen one sold locally. All the Miele have brushless motors.

If you have never had to cleanup the inside case of a washer with a brushed motor, it is a complete mess. It looks like soot and is stuck to everything.

On a Bosch Axxis we own the control panel was replaced, the drain pump and the motor.

Maybe we just use the machines more than most, but we have not had these issues with Miele.

Based on its reader surveys, in CR's Appliance Brand Reliability Rankings (click on icons for subcategories) Miele washers and dryers are predicted to be more reliable than Bosch. LG compact washers and dryers are also predicted to be more reliable than Bosch.
