To which corner are you referring?

The corner space to the left of the R - Refrigerator. The utility shaft is reserved for the upstairs plumbing pipes.

WIll you have a separate dining room?

Will the coffee bar be plumbed for a water source?

I believe you want the fridge to be closer to the sink.

I like my fridge within a few steps of the sink and disposal….vegetables and fruits need to be near the sink for washing and peeling.

Thank you for the responses - I will add a water source to the coffee bar, an excellent suggestion, and consider a different placement for the refrigerator.
