Need some design advice from all you folks! We are replacing our hollow core interior doors with beautiful 2 paneled doors solid wood which we will stain a medium color. We are also replacing all of our 2.5” wood baseboards with 5” wood baseboards which we stain to match the doors.

We are also replacing all of our late 1970 Andersen wood windows with Milgard Tuscany white vinyl windows.

Here’s the question... would it look odd if we painted the window casings and trim and stained the doors, door trim and baseboards?

Or could we paint the door trim, window casings and trim and stain the baseboards and doors?

I haven’t been able to find pictures of what we are thinking. Only thing I can find is all painted trim with wood stained doors. PLEASE HELP!
