You do already have a backsplash. And don’t really need a bigger one.
If you want one, I’d continue the countertops up. I think it would look beautiful like that. Keep it simple.

Your kitchen is beautiful as is. I especially like your floor. Stop now, move in and enjoy.

If your able to take it out, I would match your countertop and NOT do a tile back splash. As someone above said, keep it simple.

You can use the colors in the floor to add accessories to your kitchen to help them connect.

I envision a matte white backsplash. The floor does look nice but keep the backsplash more simple so it doesn’t compete with the floor.

I like the tile brick floor. I get tired of seeing cookie cutter floors and white cabinets. You didn't mess up. Don't give up on finding a backsplash. I must of went through a dz samples before i found "the one". Luckily I live near a tile store where I could buy one tile and return it until I found what I liked. You might find it hard to find a white that matches the white counters. I would look at light or medium solid gray large subway tiles and use matching grout. I have the 4 inch also with tile above and boy am I glad I do. It really saves on cleaning on grout and caulking.

Looks like you already have a 4" backsplash, so you don't need another one. If you want, you might be able to take a color from the floor and paint the walls that color. It might help it look more put together.

This feels so timeless to me. Love everything. Don't change the floors. Maybe get more of the countertop material behind the stove.

I'm assuming that you want a backsplash that covers the space between the cabinet and countertop. Consider removing the 4" backsplash and putting in what you want.

It's not common, but not unheard of, to add tile to a counter with an integrated backsplash.

Consider waiting until you're moved in and have your appliances and decor in there to see if you prefer to change backsplash. Curious though I see no overhead lighting in the kitchen or maybe it got cut off in your photo?
