ive had him for about 7 months and noticed a month ago these powdery brown spots that turn black after the leaves turn yellowish thin out in a brittle way and fall off. i water only when the soil is dry so maybe 2 weeks since its winter now. during the summer i fertilized twice and he seemed fine with occasional leaves that turned yellow. no pests i could see. what am i doing wrong?
