A good site for looking up succulents?

Since probably 50% of posts here are "please ID my succulent", can any of you experts recommend a site or app for IDing succulents and their care?

I'm in love with succulents and have a pretty nice succulent garden, but don't know what most of them are.

I like to have some idea of what I am speaking when I go into the local nursery and ask questions.
