Windows drafts

I had new windows installed two years ago this month by castle windows. They have been back numerous times to fix broken locks , cracked caulk, sliding door not locking etc. I have complained numerous times about drafts so they put some kind of foam blockers in the windows. It’s 25 degrees in NJ now and I have ice on the inside corner on some windows. The windows have an approximate inch thick of caulk around them and the caulk is exposed on both sides. The outside caulk is yellow, sticky and the dirt is sticking to it. I had someone come out today to look at my attic insulation today to try to figure out why my house is so cold. He had this infrared camera that was pretty cool so I asked him to do a few windows and doors. The temps on some windows were only a few degrees above what was outside. It was 30 when he was here and the temps on the gun were average 39 degrees and that’s with some taped insulation I put along the edges of the windows because I feel the drafts.

My question is there any one in a very cold place right now with good windows and has an infrared gun that can do a reading and tell me what theirs says? I don’t know what bad really is and I want to have a good idea.

I may buy one of these guns but again I don’t know what to compare it too.
