I try to avoid round storage containers and I found glass a better choice but the Cambro looks like they have the better sizes and also a better quality plastic if you must go that route

I like the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. Whatever containers you are considering, make sure it says it is airtight - that will prevent meal bugs. I am not seeing any mention on the Cambro website that the Cambro containers are airtight, so check on that. The Rubbermaid Brilliance lid makes a satisfying whooshing sound as you press down and the air leaves the container. I also like that they are rectangular - I find that round containers take up too much space on the shelf.

The Rubbermaid Brilliance 16 cup size is supposed to be able to contain 7 lbs of raw rice, but you could get the larger 19.9 cup size to be on the safe side (or get both and put flour in the other one).

Qvc has some really nice lock n lock in all sizes. i love them for my flour, sugar, etc etc.

I also buy rice in 5 lb bags, but split storage into two containers. Five pounds is a lot to lift every time you want a cup of rice:)

I buy 5 or sometimes 10 pound bags - depending on if I happen to be in a grocery store or Costco - but I don't keep it all in the same container. I put a bunch in one of my old pickle jars (or similar), and then I close the bag and keep it in the freezer. I refill that jar as necessary.

(I clean and reuse glass jars from sauces, pickles (whatever) for storage whenever I can, and try not to buy too many new storage containers.)

I keep large quantities 10-20 kegs in large containers with lids, I put three on a old coffee table I have, which I place in kitchen against a wall there, and one has rice, the other two different kinds of flour- we use all the time. Each have a measuring cup inside, so I just take what I need and when. I bought different colours and labeled them as well.
