I’d add curtains and an area rug.

I'd add some pattern - a colorful quilt and roman blinds at the windows. Artwork on the walls. Also - a third color would be helpful - everything is so grey!

Is this a man’s bedroom? I see men’s clothes and shoes strewn about, but no evidence of a woman’s touch. If it is a man’s bedroom, we would need a sense of his style and preferences. The room looks like it’s all about function right now with no emphasis on aesthetics, again making me think that a guy uses this space.

I see you have touches of red with bed pillows and laundry basket. Black, gray and red a classic color combo. I’d add more touches of red if you are happy with the gray them you currently have.
OR you could go with ANY color. Your touches of red are a very minor committee right now.

consider more appealing under bed boxes - if they are to be seen, make it look intentional and pleasing to the eye as well as practical.

Once you find your color and art, cover the pet beds to coordinate. Or give them coordinated blanket if you can’t cover them.

Your bedding should all be animal-hair-repellent. I like a simple panel of full-length drapery fabric to frame each window….and to add some color. Art would also add color. Do you have a full-length mirror to check yourself before leaving home?
