The kitchen is on the backside of the wall this return vent is in, so not sure why it needs moved and which wall you want to move it to. This return utilizes the 14 1/2" stud space cavity, where it has a duct connected either at a hole in the top plate (to duct to an attic unit) or to a hole in the bottom plate (to duct to a basement unit).

The duct can be moved to an adjacent stud space cavity pretty easily. But to move it to another wall, depends on how far you are able to extend the return duct (or alter a branch) above or below this floor, whether the wall is interior or exterior, and how close/opposite you will be to the supply register for the room.
