Depends on what one means by similar. Yes, there are other five petalled blue flowers but those pictured are not one of them. The botanical details, such as they are, don’t match. If the OP wants an accurate id, there isn’t one, but if they just want a blue flower for their garden, yes, there are several.

Flowers on most dinnerware aren't usually "real" flowers, with the exception of roses, daisies, or violets. I doubt if you could find a plant exactly like the one on that plate.

Are you wanting to find replacements for your dinnerware, or a flower to plant ?

What similar means is not the same but resembling somewhat. I didn't know that was not clear just by using the word similar.

Hang it on the wall before you break it! It's quite sweet I think.
