Just purchased a home and the garage floor looks like this. Who do we contact to fix it? I feel like it needs more than epoxy and maybe some waterproofing work on the outside of the house too? It looks gross overall but definitely gets worse when it rains which makes me think its soaking up water from the ground or the outside wall. Which professional do I contact?
