My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nice - love the new living area and dining area but something is not in scale with the kitchen area - not sure what. Needs a bigger island to anchor the entire area. I think I would have extended the kitchen into the area where living area is now for more light.

Wow, what an amazing transformation. Like the ceiling design concealing the beams, too bad you couldent loose the column.

Great light in the new space but the existing kitchen looks dark now. Maybe adding a sonotube would brighten that space up.

The kitchen area has recessed lights. Didn't turn them on for some reason in the photo. I'll stick to carpentry and pay a photographer. haha
