need help with backsplash

we recently installed Mont Blanc quartzite counter tops. The kitchen cabinets will be painted Benjamin Moore simply white or white dove however, we are having and awful time selecting a backslash since the countertops are busy. We dont dont to install shinny shite subway tile. Any thoughts
