Yes, the pond is mine and, yes, I will be able to pump water out if it. I dont care for tilling. There’s a local landscape company that sells compost at a very reasonable rate. I’ll be adding lots of that in the first year.

Looks beautiful! You'll have to take wildlife into consideration, but what a great property you have there.
