Light should help them turn green, but it won't happen immediately.

So far, my cucumber plants have emerged and some of my chamomile and thyme. I will include pic! Thank you!! They already seem to be doing a little better after having some light on them for just a few hours. Fingers crossed they come around!!

Its normal for seeds to pop pale, they haven't started making green yet. The light will green them up.

Keep fluoescent lights within inches of the seedlings.

Agree lights should be about 2 to 3 inches from the leaves of the plants. Most people keep the lights too far from the plants, making them leggy.
