Can this be fix -

How does that happen? Wondering if power washing and then a sealant put on would help? What does contractor think?

Is that an oil stain? If so I saw a trick on “flip or flop” that can fix it. Ugh I know flip or flop sucks lol don’t make fun

As a chemist, I fail to see how reacting baking soda with acidic soda pop would do anything to remove a petroleum stain from concrete. However, there may be something going on here that I don't know about.

I'd be using something that can dissolve oil, like a detergent.

I've also had pretty good luck with dry clay cat litter. Amazingly it will draw oil stains out of concrete if left to itself (dry) for a few days. Usually in the garage where I know it's not going to rain. :-]

What exactly are you concerned about? To me, it just looks like it has dirt on it from tires in the first picture and wet spots from a recent rain in the second.
