Unearthed a old/older bag of Oscmocote in the garage. Wild guess - 4 years or so.

Semi climate controlled. Anyhow, noticed the product *out prill* has turned a dark yellow - mustardish vs. the light/tan beige.

What is the composition of these prills. Without over-generalizing it, I always though the prills were some sort of plastic ?
